Blackburn with Darwen Council for Voluntary Service, trading as Community CVS, is holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 10th May 2023 from 9.30am at The Grand Venue, 2 Harrison Street, Blackburn BB2 2JN.
This is formal notice of the AGM. Everyone is invited. The nature of the formal business will include the presentation of the trustees’ annual report, presentation of the audited accounts, appointment of auditors and election of trustees to the Board of Trustees.
After the formal business, everyone is welcome to stay for our TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) Conference to share their thoughts on what the VCFSE Sector should be prioritising in the future to organise ourselves better to achieve more and have a better influence and a bigger impact.
For catering and health and safety purposes we need to know how many people will be attending so please reserve your place by e-mailing donna.talbot@communitycvs.org.uk.

We are particularly seeking new trustees that have a financial background (and may wish to become our treasurer) or will complement the existing CVS trustees in ensuring the CVS Board is reflective of all the communities in Blackburn with Darwen and the rich diversity of the VCFSE Sector.
