Community CVS’ Mohammed Kathrada attended Offload Northwest’s Monday Motivational Men’s Hub on Monday 9th October, as well as their World Mental Health Day celebration on Tuesday 10th.
Offload Northwest are a brilliant new organisation which offers men and women support with mental health and wellbeing by talking and engaging in mind matters activities with refreshments. They are open every Monday between 7 and 9pm at St. Paul’s Church, Higher Audley Street, Blackburn BB1 1DH.
