Preston City Council are delighted to announce a new community grant fund and are calling on community groups based in the city of Preston to apply to help boost their volunteer offer!
Grants of up to £10,000 are available until March 2025 to help enable, encourage and reward Voluntary, Community, Faith, Sports or Social Enterprise groups to capacity build their volunteer projects within the City of Preston.
Funding applications are invited for training, creating new volunteering opportunities, removing barriers to volunteering, volunteer reward & recognition, well-being projects, staff support, equipment purchases, and volunteer trips or events.
