The University of Central Lancashire’s Sanctuary Scholarship has opened for applications.
The Scholarship offers a fee-waiver and support up to the value of £5000 per year for the successful applicant. Applications are open to sanctuary-seekers who cannot access student finance, live in the North West, and are applying to a three-year undergraduate course beginning in September 2025.
They have also opened up applications for a fee-waiver scholarship on the pre-sessional English course run over the summer. There are a total of five fee-waiver scholarships open to sanctuary-seekers who are looking to progress into higher education, but do not currently meet the language entry criteria for their desired course.
The deadline for both scholarship applications is Monday 2nd June.
