Blackburn with Darwen Youth Awareness Project support the Boulevard Centre with a free food counter located in the reception area.
The free food counter is available from 10am until 3:30pm.

It is great to see the YAP Community Fridge project is working well within the community and with local services. There is also a YAP community chiller fridge and another food counter located at the Spark Recovery service for its service users. The project provide customer donated Free ambient foods to those struggling with current food crises. Thank you to Community CVS for organising the free food offer with Youth Awareness Project, our project is run by dedicated volunteers who spend there spare time volunteering by collecting surplus foods and customer donations from supermarkets across Lancashire.
