Open in new tab Please check out the details of our Aspiring Leaders in Health and Social Care Bootcamp. SME’s can access 90% funded places on our flagship leadership and management programme starting imminently in January.
This programme runs for 10 weeks, each Wednesday and includes the option to undertake a Chartered Management Institute qualification in Leadership and Management alongside a practical workshop driven course covering the diverse disciplines required of aspiring or new in post leaders and managers.
SME’s can sponsor their staff to attend for just £345 per candidate (normally £3450) For the 10 week course and the candidates will undertake learning in Self-Assessment, Leadership Styles and Theories, Project Management, Equality and Diversity, Coaching, Mentoring and Advice, Communication, Conflict, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and much more.
We are registering learners for the course this week and have approx. 5 places remaining for the course.
This programme would be a perfect opportunity to invest in your team leaders and aspiring leaders. Chris is available to have a chat with any interested organisations to shed more light on the course, the dates, times and requirements should this be of interest.
Given the 90% subsidy and 9.5/10 average feedback score, naturally the places are being taken up very quickly so please reach out as soon as possible if this is of interest.
