Community CVS delivers training to both volunteers and voluntary and community groups. We can also point you in the direction of external training providers for both individuals and groups.
Volunteer Passport scheme
Currently we run the Volunteer Passport scheme for the borough. This is an 8 module volunteer induction training programme run 4 times a year.

Group bookings
If you are a group or charity and you have several of your own volunteers that would like to achieve the Passport, please email kate.lee@communitycvs.org.uk
Volunteer passport programme dates
Our RAP training is designed for people that wish to join Community CVS as recovery support volunteers in our Fast 4wd, Offenders and MEAM programmes. This is a 5 day training programme run on a quarterly basis. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and taking part in the RAP training please contact bev.marsden@communitycvs.org.uk

We are currently lining up series of training events on themes that volunteer-involving groups requested. Training sessions; Recruiting Volunteers , Motivating and Keeping Volunteers, Mental health Issues, Ex-offenders and DBS , Training and development, Safeguarding , Policies and procedures and Volunteers and the Law.
