The young people’s award has two categories: young people who volunteer; and organisations that support young people.
Do you know any young person(s) who volunteer with a local charity? help out neighbours? family members?
Have you and your family accessed activities put on by local groups – sports, youth or any other type of group? Has any organisation that works with young people been a lifeline and helped out in difficult times?
If so – now is the time to show your appreciation and nominate them for this year’s Community Volunteer Awards. If they are picked as a finalist they will be invited to a special event at King Georges Hall on Thursday 2nd November to receive their award and an evening full of entertainment, food and refreshments
